This annual prize is sponsored by TVNZ journalist, Jack Tame to reward and promote excellence and innovation in broadcast news reporting.
This prize is awarded each year to the 2nd Year Broadcasting Journalism student who either displays a special ability to tell a story in new ways or demonstrates a professional, appropriate and uniquely creative approach to reporting; in either radio or television news.
