CPIT offers students the opportunity to study for free under a Government-led initiative - Youth Guarantee scheme.
Open to 16 and 17 year olds, the scheme is for those who are ready to move beyond school but who still want to study and learn practical skills. Youth Guarantee students have their own classes to ensure they get the necessary support they need and are with students of the same age and maturity.
Who can apply
Applicants:
- can enrol right up to the day before their 18th birthday
- can apply for Youth Guarantee regardless of what qualifications they have achieved at school
- must be a New Zealand citizen or be a New Zealand permanent resident.
