The Christchurch Polytechnic Students' Association (CPSA) is run by students providing help and assistance for students in every area that is possible, making your time at CPIT enjoyable and rewarding.
You'll find our reception at the Madras Street Campus in the CPSA Student Centre.
Our aim is to support you through your time here by providing you with representation, advocacy, and social and cultural experiences.
We do this in a variety of ways which include:
- Free facilities such as microwaves, pool tables and phones available for use in the Student Centre
- Access to printing services
- New Zealand Post shop
- Student Job search
- Second hand books
- Dry cleaning and mending
- Advocacy and support
- Social and cultural events throughout the year.
Venue hire
The CPSA Student Centre is available for venue hire. With a range of facilities including big screen and pool tables it is a unique venue for your function. Contact us for more details.
Hours
CPSA Student Centre:
- Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
CPSA Reception hours:
- Monday to Thursday - 9:30am to 3:30pm
- Friday - 9:30am to 1pm
Fees
Membership of the CPSA is voluntary when you become a student at CPIT.
Membership is free for 2012.
