Cross Crediting
If you've started a degree programme at another institution and it's just not for you, you can use what you've learnt so far to join one of CPIT's 'industry-based' degrees or graduate diplomas. CPIT offers a more practical outlook in its degree programmes giving you the 'work-ready' skills necessary to walk straight into employment.
Possible Degree Options
Bachelor of Business Innovation & Enterprise (BBIE)
If you have undertaken 1 years worth of a business or commerce based degree that includes courses in marketing, management or accounting then you can take these earned credits onto this programme. You may then be in a position to complete the BBIE in 2 years.
Bachelor of Information & Communication Technologies (BICT)
If you have completed 1 year of a computing degree that includes some maths or business papers then you would be accepted onto this programme and would be able to transfer some credits into the degree. You may then be in a position to complete the BICT in 2 years.

This diploma provides the next step for graduates that have completed a degree and want to move into the ICT industry. Irrespective of the degree you have completed you would be able to complete the eCommerce Development specialisation in 1 year. For those with significant computing content other specialisations are possible.
