CPIT's Salon Culinaire is the South Island’s premiere culinary and service industry competition.
With a comprehensive list of industry sponsors, this highly regarded annual event sees trainee and experienced chefs, bakers, baristas and waiters from all over New Zealand test their skills and culinary capabilities against very tough competition in 39 different categories.
Spectators are invited to come along and be a part of the action.
Information including competition times, locations and entry requirements will be posted as soon as the details are finalised, so watch this space.
While recent events in Christchurch mean we've had to postpone next year's competition, we look forward to seeing you at Salon Culinaire in June 2013.
