Tirohia Te Mātāpuna o Te Mātauraka  Explore CPIT

Take a walk around campus and you'll discover a diverse and welcoming environment with a buzzy vibe.

There are places to catch up with friends and fellow students, a bookshop and a marae, cafes and a even training restaurant where you can savour fabulous, affordable meals prepared by trainee chefs and served by hospitality students.

You'll also find a wide variety of student facilities at your fingertips. The library is full of specialist books to support your studies, and staff who can help you find the information you're looking for. The brand new, purpose-built sports, science and wellness building features a well-equipped gym plus a health centre where you can make an appointment to see a doctor, nurse or counsellor.

Our Madras Street campus is situated right on the fringe of Christchurch's fast-evolving central city. You're just a stroll away from parks, cafes, restaurants, shops and services including the main city bus exchange. You're also handy to events, pop-up shops and an eclectic array of sculpture and street art.

On the Radar this month

A new Filipino student group is formed, CPIT Trades campus opens new facilities, sustainability and outdoor education student monitors climate change, and the Department of Business forms partnership with India.
